Maine Water Company will begin our flushing program as weather permits. While we are flushing the water mains in your area you may experience changes in your tap water such as discoloration or low water pressure. You may want to check the water quality before washing your laundry. If you continue to have discoloration after we have passed through your area, please run your cold water briefly to help clear any discolored water. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you. These flushing activities are a vital part of our maintenance program that enables us to supply high quality water service.
