We're investing $500,000 to replace 1,270 feet of 94 year-old water main on Franklin Street. This completes our multi-phased effort to replace all of the water main along Franklin Street. The newly installed pipes will deliver higher flow volumes for fire protection and improve water quality through the downtown area.
