While we are flushing the water mains in your area you may experience changes in your tap water such as discoloration or low water pressure. You may want to check the water quality before washing your laundry. If you continue to have discoloration after we have passed through your area, please run your cold water briefly to help clear any discolored water. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you. These flushing activities are a vital part of our maintenance program that enables us to supply high quality water service. Maine Water has updated our online billing platform, in partnership with Invoice Cloud. If you are a current auto pay or e-billing customer, for the security of your data, you will be required to update your billing information on our new system. Please note that the 'convenience fee' mentioned in the Invoice Cloud Terms & Condition (Paragraph 9) does not apply to Maine Water payments.
